More than just a period of recovery, confinement period also marks the best time of nourishment for women. Our centre provides 5 confinement meals per day, including breakfast, soups, lunch, high tea and dinner. We strictly select only high quality herbs and fresh ingredients to prepare nourishing and healthy confinement meals for every new mother. All meals are carefully prepared with less oil, less salt, high protein and high calcium to ensure all the lost nutrients during pregnancy are well-replenished.
Our weekly confinement meals are served according to postpartum stage for best recovery:
• 1st Week: Replenish nutrients lost during pregnancy
• 2st Week: Boost metabolism and physical recovery
• 3st Week & 4st Week: Improve “Qi”, build physical stamina, anti-aging and enhance body immune system
Specially prepared to replenish “Qi” and nourish the blood, every mother is provided with unlimited supply of red dates tea throughout the confinement period at our centre.
